Workflow Automation Service — n8n, Make & Custom Integrations

The busywork your team does by hand, wired together so it runs itself.

Short answer: if your team manually copies data between two systems, sends the same follow-up every time, or exports a report every week, that's an automation problem, and it's usually solvable with n8n, Make, or a custom integration in a matter of days. We build these done-for-you — you tell us the process, we build, test, and hand over a working automation, and we'll say plainly when n8n is the right tool and when it isn't.

TL;DR

Workflow automation connects the tools you already use so data and follow-up actions move between them without manual re-entry. We build these on n8n (self-hostable, handles complex logic well, no per-task pricing cliff), Make, or Zapier depending on your workflow's complexity and volume — and build custom integrations when no-code tools genuinely can't do the job. Done-for-you: you describe the process, we scope, build, test, and hand over a working automation with documentation.

What's included

An automation engagement covers workflow mapping, the build itself, error handling, and documentation.

Workflow mapping

We map your current manual process step by step before building anything, so the automation replicates what actually needs to happen.

n8n / Make / Zapier builds

Built on the right tool for your volume and complexity — not defaulted to whichever platform we happen to prefer.

Custom integrations

Where no-code nodes can't express the logic cleanly, we write the integration directly against the APIs involved.

Error handling & retries

Automations that fail loudly and recover gracefully instead of silently dropping a customer's order or lead.

Monitoring & alerts

You get notified when something breaks, not when a customer complains three days later.

Documentation & handover

A written map of what the automation does, so it isn't a black box only we understand.

How it works

  1. 1

    Scope

We walk through the manual process with your team, identify every system it touches, and flag edge cases upfront.

  2. 2

    Build

We build the workflow in n8n, Make, or as a custom integration, whichever fits the complexity and volume you actually have.

  3. 3

    QA

We run it against real and edge-case data before it touches production — a bad automation that runs at scale is worse than no automation.

  4. 4

    Live

The workflow goes live with monitoring in place, and we hand over documentation so your team understands what's running.

Who this is for

Ops teams drowning in manual data entry

The same information gets typed into two or three systems by hand, every single day.

Sales and marketing teams with disconnected tools

Leads sit in one system, follow-ups happen in another, and nothing talks to the CRM automatically.

SMBs already on n8n, Make, or Zapier who need it customised

You started building it yourself and hit a wall — a node that doesn't do what you need, or logic too complex for the no-code interface.

Businesses that outgrew Zapier's per-task pricing

Volume grew and the bill grew faster. We'll assess whether n8n or a custom build brings the cost back under control.

For Singapore businesses

We build business process automation for Singapore SMEs — order-to-fulfilment pipelines for e-commerce, lead routing for agencies, appointment and reminder flows for clinics, invoicing and reconciliation flows for professional services. Any automation that touches customer data is built with PDPA in mind — what's stored, where, for how long, and who can access it, decided at scoping rather than discovered later. Automations that trigger customer-facing messages support English, Chinese, and Malay as standard, plus 30+ other languages. Eligible SMEs may qualify for Productivity Solutions Grant support toward an automation build; we'll flag what applies during scoping. This work often pairs with our AI agent builds — see our parent agency AI Studio's AI agents Singapore service for the customer-facing side of the same stack.

Frequently asked questions

What is workflow automation and do I actually need it?

Workflow automation connects the tools you already use so information moves between them without someone copying and pasting. If your team manually re-enters the same data into two systems, sends the same follow-up email every time a form is submitted, or exports a spreadsheet every Monday to build a report, that's a workflow worth automating. Not every manual task needs automation — we'll tell you if a process is too irregular or low-volume to be worth building.

Why n8n instead of Zapier or Make?

n8n is self-hostable, has no per-task pricing cliff at scale, and handles complex branching logic and custom code steps better than most no-code tools. Zapier and Make are faster to set up for simple, low-volume workflows and have larger pre-built app libraries. We pick the tool based on your workflow's complexity and volume, not a fixed preference — sometimes Zapier is genuinely the right call, and we'll say so.

When does n8n or a no-code tool stop being enough?

When a workflow needs custom business logic that no-code nodes can't express cleanly, when volume gets high enough that per-task pricing becomes expensive, or when you need tight control over error handling and retries. At that point we build a custom integration instead of forcing the no-code tool to do something it wasn't designed for. We'll flag this during scoping rather than let a workflow become an unmaintainable tangle of workarounds.

What tools and systems can you connect?

Most systems with an API: CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), calendars, payment processors (Stripe), spreadsheets, Slack, email, e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce), databases, and internal tools. If a system has no API, we'll tell you what's realistically possible before you pay for something that can't be built reliably.

How much does a workflow automation build cost?

Pricing is a custom quote based on the number of workflows, their complexity, and whether any custom integrations are needed beyond standard connectors. A single two-step automation is a small job; a multi-system order-to-fulfilment pipeline is a larger one. Book a call and we'll scope your workflows and send a fixed quote.
